Collins Cuthrell clubbed two home runs to carry the Florence Freedom (23-27) to an 8-5 win over the River City Rascals (25-24) at UC Health Stadium.

Danny Canela racked up two RBIs on one hit for the River City Rascals. He homered in the fourth inning.

Coleman Stephens got his third win for the Florence Freedom despite allowing five runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked three and surrendered five hits.

Ray Hanson was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked three and struck out four.

The Florence Freedom's Steve Carrillo, Ozzy Gonzalez, Cuthrell and Travis Weaver combined for nine hits and seven RBIs.
