Patrick McKenna racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Normal CornBelters. He homered in the third inning, doubled in the fifth inning, and singled in the sixth inning.

Dane Stone ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
