The Nevada Big Horns (20-21) shut the door early on the West Coast Kings, capturing a 10-1 victory on Wednesday at Golden Eagle Park.

The game was decided quickly as the Nevada Big Horns exerted their will early with five runs in the first three innings.

A two-run double by Brett Minnick in the first inning and an RBI single by Billy King, a groundout by Evan Ramirez, and an RBI double by Zachary Muenster during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Nevada Big Horns.

Muenster racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Nevada Big Horns.

Jake Sheley picked up the win for the Nevada Big Horns. Sheley pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks while striking out three.

Unknown led the West Coast Kings' offensive threat, as he got on base two times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the seventh inning.

Reese Fitch (0-1) took the loss for the West Coast Kings. He allowed 10 runs in six innings, walked none and struck out five.
