The Danville Dans (30-28) jumped out to an early lead on the Hannibal Cavemen (15-39) and captured a 12-4 victory on Tuesday at Clemens Field.

Seven runs in the first three innings allowed the Danville Dans to put the game away early.

An RBI single by Yoonjae Nam, an RBI single by Nam, an RBI double by Aaron Case, and an RBI single by Zack Gibson during the second inning fueled the Danville Dans' offense early.

Case went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Danville Dans.

Matt Wivinis picked up the win for the Danville Dans. Wivinis allowed two earned runs, 10 hits and two walks while striking out four over eight innings of work.
