The Jamestown Jammers (15-7) and the Butler BlueSox (8-13) each put runners in scoring position on Sunday, but the Jamestown Jammers capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 4-1 win at Kelly Auto Park.
Pat Mace picked up the win for the Jamestown Jammers. Mace pitched seven innings and allowed no earned runs, four hits and two walks while striking out four.
Cody Jackson pitched lights out for the Butler BlueSox. The Jamestown Jammers managed just one hit off of the the Butler BlueSox's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his 1 2/3 innings of work.
Jon Anderson (2-1) took the loss for the Butler BlueSox. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
