Andy DeJesus collected three hits as the Terre Haute Rex (6-0) took home a 4-2 victory over the Quincy Gems (1-5) at Quincy Stadium on Tuesday.

The Quincy Gems had no answer for Damon Olds, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Quincy Gems managed just three hits off of Olds, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his five innings of work.

Taylor Schwaner paced the Quincy Gems at the plate. Schwaner went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fourth inning.

Kade Granier (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out five, and allowed two runs.
