Shayne Houck went 2-3 and hit a home run, helping the Evansville Otters (50-33) to a 7-2 victory over the Rockford Aviators (35-51) on Sunday at Aviator Stadium.

Connor Little's six strikeouts were enough to push the Evansville Otters past the Rockford Aviators. Little allowed one earned run on six hits and three walks over six innings.

The Rockford Aviators were led by Kyle Dhanani's hitting. Dhanani went 1-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the seventh inning.

Ryan Bonnot ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked six and struck out five.
