Garrett Mundell held the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (3-2) scoreless for seven innings to boost the Brewster Whitecaps (3-2) to a 7-4 victory.

Mundell allowed four hits, one walk and struck out six.

Kyle Overstreet did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Brewster Whitecaps, reaching base four times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the third and fifth innings.

Dylan Bosheers was solid at the plate for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. Bosheers went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the fifth inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

Jared West was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
