Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Monday as the Trinidad Triggers (35-25) outscored the Taos Blizzard (22-41) 11-10 in 10 innings.

The two teams combined for 27 hits in the game.

Chris Escobar racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Trinidad Triggers. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the fourth inning, and homered in the ninth inning.

Johnny Bladel improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Trinidad Triggers. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered two hits.

Shane Flynn (2-3) took the loss for the Taos Blizzard. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out two, and allowed one run.
