A walk-off single from Brian Milliman brought home the winning run for the Alpine Cowboys (28-12) in a 7-6 victory over the Douglas Diablos (17-20) in 12 innings at Kokernot Field on Friday.

Tyler Heck was solid at the plate for the Alpine Cowboys. Heck went 4-7 and scored one run. He singled in the fifth, seventh, and twelfth innings.

Andrew Shoemaker recorded his second win of the year for the Alpine Cowboys. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered two hits.

Jacob Phillips couldn't get it done on the mound for the Douglas Diablos, taking a loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed no runs.
