A walk-off single from Joe Prior brought home the winning run for the Healdsburg Prune Packers (14-9) in a 3-2 victory over the Auburn Wildcats at Recreation Park on Saturday.

Prior racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Healdsburg Prune Packers. He singled in the second, seventh, and ninth innings.

Nate Berumen pitched lights out for the Healdsburg Prune Packers. Berumen held the Auburn Wildcats hitless over 3 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out five.

Mike Proitte ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just 8 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out eight, and allowed three runs.
