Hunter Cole went 2-4, helping the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (15-14) to a 5-3 victory over the Harwich Mariners (17-10) on Monday at Whitehouse Field.

The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox got the win thanks in large part to Kevin Duchene's dominant, seven-strikeout performance. Duchene allowed no earned runs on five hits and two walks over six innings.

Angelo Amendolare led the Harwich Mariners' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

Jon Harris couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Harwich Mariners, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked four, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
