A walk-off solo home run from AJ Murray brought home the winning run for the Chatham Anglers (8-8) in a 5-4 victory over the Hyannis Harbor Hawks in 12 innings at Veterans Field on Sunday.
Murray racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Chatham Anglers. He singled in the fifth and tenth innings and homered in the twelfth inning.
Kyle Davis had an impressive outing against the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (10-7)'s lineup. The Hyannis Harbor Hawks managed just one hit off of the the Chatham Anglers' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his four innings of work.
Ian Gibaut was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
