A walk-off single from Tyler Bell brought home the winning run for the Pittsfield Suns (12-10) in a 3-2 victory over the Nashua Silver Knights at Wahconah Park on Sunday.
Zack Tower did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Pittsfield Suns, reaching base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning.
The Nashua Silver Knights (10-11) had no answer for Oliver Collette, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Nashua Silver Knights managed just two hits off of Collette, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his four innings of work.
