The Brockton Rox (15-7) beat the North Shore Navigators (8-15) 7-0 on Friday at Fraser Field after a six-run explosion in the ninth inning.

The Brockton Rox scored in the ninth on an RBI single by Nick Johnson, an RBI single by Jacob Marotta, an RBI single by Drew Lugbauer, a single by Bryce Myers, a groundout by Brian Bauk, a triple by Christian Campbell, and a sacrifice fly by Tom Marcinczyk.

Campbell put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Brockton Rox.

Sam Granoff had an impressive outing against the North Shore Navigators' lineup. Granoff gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three during his five innings of work.

Ryan McAuliffe was effective even in defeat, mowing down five the Brockton Rox batters and allowing one run.

McAuliffe couldn't get it done on the rubber for the North Shore Navigators, taking a loss.
