Tony Delmonico went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Schaumburg Boomers. He doubled in the first and fourth innings.

Edgar Corcino racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Rockford Aviators. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Dexter Price improved to 4-5 on the year by picking up the win for the Schaumburg Boomers. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Gerardo Sanchez (0-3) took the loss for the Rockford Aviators. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed one run.

The Schaumburg Boomers easily handled the Rockford Aviators pitching as seven hitters combined for 17 hits, nine RBIs and 10 runs scored.
