The Washington Wild Things (29-19) built an early edge on Thursday, but the Lake Erie Crushers (26-22) roared back to steal a 5-2 victory at CONSOL Energy Park .

The Lake Erie Crushers took the lead in the sixth inning on a solo home run by Jordan McCoy.

Andrew Davis racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Lake Erie Crushers. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Trevor Longfellow brought the heat against the Washington Wild Things during his outing. The Washington Wild Things managed just one hit off of Longfellow, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.

Alex Kaminsky (1-4) took the loss for the Washington Wild Things. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out five, and allowed three runs.
