Bryant's walk-off single send the Rockford Aviators home winners, 5-4

A walk-off single from Kenny Bryant brought home the winning run for the Rockford Aviators (21-23) in a 5-4 victory over the Gateway Grizzlies in 14 innings at Aviator Stadium on Tuesday.

Bryant racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Rockford Aviators. He homered in the eighth inning and singled in the thirteenth and fourteenth innings.

The Gateway Grizzlies (31-16) couldn't slow down Jeff Kremer, who paced the Rockford Aviators with five hits. He singled in the first, third, sixth, and tenth innings and doubled in the fourteenth inning.

Kyle Hassna had an impressive outing against the Gateway Grizzlies' lineup. The Gateway Grizzlies managed just one hit off of the the Rockford Aviators' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out six during his two innings of work.

Logan Odom improved to 4-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Rockford Aviators. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered four hits.

John Houston ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed one run.
