Richard Seigel collected three hits, helping the Gateway Grizzlies (14-7) to a 5-4 victory over the Windy City ThunderBolts (9-11) on Saturday at Standard Bank Stadium.

Despite the loss, the Windy City ThunderBolts' James Ferguson dominated the Gateway Grizzlies' batters, giving up zero runs and striking out six.

Mike Torres had a hot bat for the Windy City ThunderBolts. Torres went 3-5 and scored two runs. He singled in the first, seventh, and ninth innings.

JaVaun West recorded his fourth win of the year for the Gateway Grizzlies. He allowed four runs over seven innings. West struck out seven, walked two and gave up eight hits.

Jessie Snodgrass (2-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed one run.
