Shellhorn struck out seven and allowed three walks and one hit.

Scott Woodward was hot from the plate for the Traverse City Beach Bums. Woodward went 3-4. He singled in the first, third, and eighth innings.

Devon Pearson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed one run.
