An impressive effort by Casey Delgado lifted the Traverse City Beach Bums (5-3) to a 2-0 win over the Windy City ThunderBolts on Saturday at Wuerfel Park.

The Windy City ThunderBolts (5-3) couldn't get anything going so long as Delgado was on the hill. The Windy City ThunderBolts managed just one hit off of the the Traverse City Beach Bums' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out eight during his seven innings of work.

Markus Solbach ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked three, struck out five, and allowed two runs.
