Ellis Kelly went 2-4 as the Okotoks Dawgs (8-12) took home a 10-7 victory over the Edmonton Prospects (11-12) at Telus Field on Thursday.
He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the seventh inning.It was a good day at the plate for the Edmonton Prospects' Mackenzie Parlow. Parlow went 3-5, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the third and seventh innings.
Conor Lillis-White improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Okotoks Dawgs. He allowed three runs over five innings. Lillis-White struck out three, walked three and gave up six hits.
Cory Duggan (1-1) took the loss for the Edmonton Prospects. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
