Ronnie Jebavy went 3-3 at the plate, sparking the Danville Dans (12-10) to a 7-2 victory in seven innings over the Quincy Gems (12-8) on Friday at Danville Stadium.

Trevor Sutton pitched lights out for the Danville Dans. The Quincy Gems managed just two hits off of the the Danville Dans' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out none during his five innings of work.

Brendon Allen ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked one and struck out four.
