Will Walsh clubbed two home runs to carry the Northern Div (1-0) to a 14-12 win over the Southern Div (0-1).

Walsh racked up seven RBIs on four hits for the Northern Div. He homered in the second and third innings and singled in the sixth and eighth innings.

Offense was not hard to come by on on Saturday, as both teams combined for 26 runs and 32 hits, including zero extra base hits. Relief pitchers got their fill of innings during the game, with the opposing managers using 20 pitchers in total.

Ryan Normoyle racked up six RBIs on four hits for the Southern Div. He singled in the first and sixth innings.

Benji Waite got the win for the Northern Div. He allowed one run over one inning. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Justin Kuks ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
