The Licking County Settlers (17-11) jumped on the Lima Locos (14-10) early on their way to a 7-3 win on Tuesday at Don Edwards Field in seven innings, scoring three runs in the first inning.

The Licking County Settlers were led by a flawless day at the dish by Ryan Huber, who went 3-3 against the Lima Locos' pitching. He singled in the first, second, and fourth innings.

Eric Wilson got the win, running his season record to 3-1. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered four hits.

Aron Mcree was charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked three and struck out one.
