Jonathan James racked up five RBIs on four hits for the South Bay Storm. He homered in the first inning and singled in the third, seventh, and eighth innings.

Myles Wesener got on base four times in the game for the Nevada Big Horns. He singled in the fifth inning and doubled in the seventh inning.

Sam Maliska got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed four runs over five innings. He struck out two, walked two and surrendered seven hits.
