Brauer put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He singled in the sixth inning, doubled in the eleventh inning, and homered in the nineteenth inning.
Tyler Claburn improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered five hits.
William Scott (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed one run.
