A six-run explosion in the fourth inning led the Swift Current Indians (27-14) to an 11-2 win over the Weyburn Beavers (16-27) at Tom Laing Park on Thursday.

Alex Schultz racked up five RBIs on two hits for the Swift Current Indians. He doubled in the fourth and seventh innings.

Anthony Armanino got the win for the Swift Current Indians thanks to seven strikeouts. Armanino allowed no earned runs, six hits and no walks over five innings.

Chris Housley was charged with his fifth loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in five innings, walked three and struck out four.
