An impressive effort by Logan Carter hoisted the Moose Jaw Miller Express (16-19) to a 6-0 win over the Regina Red Sox (16-17) on Saturday at Ross Wells Park.

Carter struck out 10 hitters en route to the the Moose Jaw Miller Express win. The Moose Jaw Miller Express' pitcher gave up just four hits over eight shutout innings.

The Moose Jaw Miller Express blew out the Regina Red Sox thanks to 12 hits, including zero extra base hits. A two-run home run by Ben Bridges delivered the runs in the fifth. The Moose Jaw Miller Express had two hits in the inning.

The Moose Jaw Miller Express were led by Hank Stewart's hitting. Stewart went 3-4 and drove in one. He singled in the first and third innings and doubled in the seventh inning.

Allan Sanchez ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in seven innings, walked none and struck out six.
