Hayden Cleveland kept the Edmonton Prospects (2-18) off the board during his six innings of work and the Okotoks Dawgs (15-4) beat the Edmonton Prospects, 20-4.
Cleveland struck out nine and allowed two walks and four hits.
Seven runs in the first three innings helped the Okotoks Dawgs blow out the Edmonton Prospects. A two-run single by David Hole, a two-run single by Hole, and an RBI double by Cade Gotta during the first inning and a wild pitch and a two-run triple by Gotta in the second inning supplied the early offense for the Okotoks Dawgs.
Hole went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Okotoks Dawgs.
The Okotoks Dawgs easily handled the Edmonton Prospects pitching as seven hitters combined for 19 hits, 13 RBIs and 17 runs scored.
