The Swift Current Indians (5-2) held tough until late against the Moose Jaw Miller Express (5-5) on Sunday, but the Moose Jaw Miller Express scored five runs late for a 15-6 victory at Ross Wells Park.

Michael Corso racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. He homered in the second inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Hunter Johnson brought the heat against the Swift Current Indians during his outing. The Swift Current Indians managed just one hit off of the the Moose Jaw Miller Express' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Despite the loss, the Swift Current Indians' Noah Gapp dominated the Moose Jaw Miller Express' batters, giving up two runs and striking out five.

Dustin Caplette got his second win for the Moose Jaw Miller Express despite allowing six runs over seven innings. He struck out six, walked two and surrendered 11 hits.

Justin Kehler was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in two innings, walked two and struck out one.
