Daniel Bowman had three RBIs, helping the Lake Erie Crushers (6-9) to a 6-3 victory over the Southern Illinois Miners (9-6) on Wednesday at Rent One Park.

Matt Royal had an impressive outing against the Lake Erie Crushers' lineup. The Lake Erie Crushers managed just one hit off of Royal, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his three innings of work.

Trevor Longfellow improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Lake Erie Crushers. He allowed three runs over five innings. Longfellow struck out two, walked three and gave up five hits.

Cody Hall (1-1) took the loss for the Southern Illinois Miners. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked two and struck out three.
