Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Thursday as the Roswell Invaders (33-12) outscored the White Sands Pupfish (21-24) 13-9.

The two teams combined for 28 hits in the game.

Roger Bernal racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Roswell Invaders. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the fifth, seventh, and ninth innings.

Cody Collins racked up three RBIs on two hits for the White Sands Pupfish. He doubled in the sixth and eighth innings.

Ryan Richardson improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Roswell Invaders. Richardson struck out two, walked none and gave up three hits.

Chad Hadzinsky (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
