Ivy Renfroe kept the NY NJ Comets (3-19) off the board during her seven innings of work and the Akron Racers (8-13) beat the NY NJ Comets, 11-0.

Renfroe allowed three hits, three walks and struck out seven.

Five runs in the first three innings helped the Akron Racers blow out the NY NJ Comets. An RBI single by Charlotte Morgan, , an RBI single by Tess Sito, and a sacrifice fly by Brigette Del Ponte in the first inning fueled the Akron Racers' offense early.

Sam Marder racked up four RBIs on one hit for the Akron Racers.

Angel Bunner couldn't get it done in the circle for the NY NJ Comets, taking a loss. She allowed eight runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked five and struck out one.
