Thursday was a great day for Dennis Gallo, as he clubbed two home runs to carry the BDC SOFTBALL (2-1) to a 28-18 victory over the Badrocks (0-1) at Bellport Field #2 in seven innings.

Gallo racked up eight RBIs on five hits for the BDC SOFTBALL. He tripled in the third inning, singled in the first and fourth innings, and homered in the first and seventh innings.

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 46 total runs and 58 hits during the game.

The BDC SOFTBALL got their bats going early, scoring 11 runs in the first inning to pull ahead of the Badrocks.

The BDC SOFTBALL easily handled the Badrocks pitching as seven hitters combined for 32 hits, 23 RBIs and 27 runs scored.
