Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the AA Giants (7-2) outscored the AA Indians (1-9) 16-8 in eight innings.

The teams totaled 20 hits in the game.

The biggest inning for the AA Giants was the second. In the inning the AA Giants scored 10 runs.

It was a good day at the plate for the AA Giants' Cooper Leong. Leong went 3-4, drove in one and scored three runs. He doubled in the second innings and singled in the second and sixth innings.

Connor Fitzgerald reached base two times. He singled in the fifth innings.

Jacob Lyzaniwski got his third win for the AA Giants despite allowing five runs over five innings. Lyzaniwski struck out five, walked two and gave up four hits.

Rory Cairns ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked five and struck out none.
