A 13-run explosion in the third inning carried the AAA Indians (4-1) to a 14-4 win in five innings over the AAA Giants at Optimist #4 on Saturday.

Scott Klassen racked up three RBIs on three hits for the AAA Indians. He singled in the first and third innings.

Shane Stewart racked up three RBIs on two hits for the AAA Giants (1-6). He tripled in the second inning and singled in the fourth inning.

Jackson Oldale improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the AAA Indians. He allowed four runs over three innings. He struck out three, walked three and surrendered seven hits.

Braydon Hanson (0-1) took the loss for the AAA Giants. He allowed 13 runs in two innings, walked four and struck out one.
