The AAA Angels (5-2) and the AAA Giants (2-7) passed the lead back and forth four times on Thursday at Optimist #4, but in the end the AAA Angels pulled out an 11-7 win in eight innings over the AAA Giants.

The AAA Angels' Devan Constance was perfect at the dish, going 3-3. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the second and fifth innings.

Shane Stewart racked up two RBIs on three hits for the AAA Giants. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the second and fourth innings.

Connor Leggatt improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the AAA Angels. He allowed one run over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out six, walked two and surrendered three hits.

DJ Leiding couldn't get it done on the mound for the AAA Giants, taking a loss. He allowed nine runs in four innings, walked seven and struck out five.
