Douglas Votolato racked up two RBIs on two hits for the West Virginia Miners. He tripled in the sixth inning and singled in the eighth inning.
C Tyler Wilson improved to 2-5 on the year by picking up the win for the Slippery Rock Sliders. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out six, walked nine and surrendered one hit.
Joshua James (1-2) took the loss for the West Virginia Miners. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
