Rey Carrion collected three hits, sparking the Lorain County Ironmen (22-33) to a 7-5 victory over the Richmond RiverRats (21-34) on Tuesday at McBride Stadium.

Trevor Kimm racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Richmond RiverRats. He doubled in the second inning, singled in the fifth and sixth innings, and homered in the eighth inning.

Zach Beaver improved to 1-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Lorain County Ironmen. He allowed two runs over two innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered two hits.

Trey Garrett (1-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
