The Lorain County Ironmen (15-19) took home a 7-1 victory over the Richmond RiverRats (13-21) on Friday at McBride Stadium, fueled by three runs in the eighth inning.

Rey Carrion racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Lorain County Ironmen. He singled in the sixth inning and homered in the ninth inning.

Brad Raley picked up the win for the Lorain County Ironmen. Raley pitched 6 2/3 innings and allowed no earned runs, five hits and three walks while striking out two.

Shane Bryant (2-3) took the loss for the Richmond RiverRats. He lasted just 7 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
