Carrion's walk-off single send the Lorain County Ironmen home winners, 4-3

A walk-off single from Rey Carrion brought home the winning run for the Lorain County Ironmen (9-13) in a 4-3 victory over the Richmond RiverRats in 11 innings at The Pipe Yard on Friday.

Carrion racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Lorain County Ironmen. He singled in the second, fourth, and eleventh innings.

Brad Raley baffled the Richmond RiverRats (11-11), striking out six batters. Raley allowed no earned runs, four hits and no walks over seven innings.

Michael Koltak recorded his first win of the year for the Lorain County Ironmen. He allowed one run over three innings. Koltak struck out six, walked one and gave up four hits.

Reginald Young ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed one run.
