Ted Williams went 2-4, sparking the Richmond RiverRats (11-10) to a 6-4 victory over the Lorain County Ironmen (8-13) on Thursday at The Pipe Yard.

The Lorain County Ironmen had no answer for Tyler Miller, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Miller held the Lorain County Ironmen hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Rey Carrion put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Lorain County Ironmen. He doubled in the sixth and eighth innings.

Tyler Iago got the win, running his season record to 2-1. He allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings. Iago struck out five, walked four and gave up three hits.

Caleb Schillace couldn't get it done on the hill for the Lorain County Ironmen, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
