It took 11 innings, but the Rockford Aviators (26-41) managed to put away the Schaumburg Boomers (38-29) 7-4 on Saturday at Schaumburg Boomers Stadium.

Kenny Bryant racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Rockford Aviators. He homered in the seventh inning and singled in the tenth inning.
Andrew Snowdon brought the heat against the Schaumburg Boomers during his outing. The Schaumburg Boomers managed just two hits off of Snowdon, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his three innings of work.
Cody Griebling was effective even in defeat, mowing down five the Rockford Aviators batters and allowing three runs.
