An impressive effort by Ryan Zamorsky spurred the Evansville Otters (4-4) to an 8-0 win over the Windy City ThunderBolts (3-6) on Saturday at Bosse Field.

The Evansville Otters' Zamorsky kept the Windy City ThunderBolts off the scoreboard for all nine innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on five hits while ringing up eight.

Stephen Marino racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Evansville Otters. He singled in the sixth inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Travis Strong couldn't get it done on the mound for the Windy City ThunderBolts, taking a loss. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out seven, and allowed three runs.
