Trevor McMaster had two extra base hits, helping the San Francisco Seagulls (5-13) to a 10-5 victory over the Tri-Valley Bercovich (7-5) on Sunday at Fairmont Field.
He doubled in the first inning and tripled in the fourth inning.The Tri-Valley Bercovich had no answer for Kyle Slinger, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Slinger held the Tri-Valley Bercovich hitless over four innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out six.
Brandon Chamberlain was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
