Tyler Buchanan racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Alameda Merchants. He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.
Matt Fontaine picked up the win for the Alameda Merchants. Fontaine pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, nine hits and no walks while striking out five.
Nolan Atkins (2-3) took the loss for the South Bay Storm. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked two and struck out five.
