David Jimenez went 2-4 as the South Bay Storm (10-18) took home a 3-1 victory over the California Warriors at San Francisco University on Sunday.
He singled in the second and fourth innings.Con Dempsey struck out six hitters en route to the the South Bay Storm win. Dempsey allowed one earned run, five hits and five walks over six innings.
The South Bay Storm had no answer for Taylor Toccalino, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Toccalino held the South Bay Storm hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none.
Steven Nagy took the loss for the California Warriors. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
