Brady Steiger went 1-2, helping the Seattle Studs (6-1) to a 6-2 victory over the Hays Larks (6-2) on Friday at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.

The Hays Larks couldn't get anything going so long as Nagel Miles was on the hill. The Hays Larks managed just three hits off of the the Seattle Studs' pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out five during his 5 2/3 innings of work.

Austin Darby reached base three times in the game for the Hays Larks. He singled in the second inning.

Aaron Breit (1-1) took the loss for the Hays Larks. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
