The Road KIll (23-4) jumped out to an early lead on the Masterbatters (Intrieri (14-11) and captured a 12-0 victory on Monday at Clarissa Drive.

The game was decided quickly as the Road KIll exerted their will early with nine runs in the first three innings.

A three-run home run by Greg Echevarria, an RBI single by Richard Lee, and an RBI single by Tom Schultz in the first inning and an RBI double by Robert Carroll and a two-run single by Casey Fontinell during the second inning helped the Road KIll put some runs on the board early.

Echevarria racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Road KIll.

The Road KIll's Schultz kept the Masterbatters (Intrieri off the scoreboard for all five innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on seven hits while striking out three.

Chris R was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed 12 runs in four innings, walked two and struck out two.
